  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 4 eggs
  • 1⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar to garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
  2. Spray 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
